Training and Development

Once an employee has completed their basic induction, the next stage of the Employment Lifecycle is to ensure their training and development needs are met.

Man and woman working togetherA business needs its employees to come up to speed quickly and work efficiently and effectively, therefore it is critical to ensure they receive the correct training to meet the standards of the job. At Square Circle HR Ltd, we work with businesses to design job specific training programmes.

In addition, we can undertake a Training Needs Analysis, designed to examine the organisational, team and individual skills required for a particular job. The skills required for a job are assessed alongside the skills an individual employee possesses. The "gap" between the required and actual skills is analysed and a training and development plan written. This is a particularly valuable exercise for both new recruits and existing employees going through a period of organisational change.

We can help put in place Training and Development Plans for employees as a one-off exercise or as part of the organisation's Performance Management system. We can also undertake coaching for Managers; or help an organisation through a period of change by implementing change management tools and techniques.
