We provide services tailored to meet client needs to support any area of the ‘Employment Lifecycle’. Each client has a dedicated Account Manager and you will be introduced to the Square Circle support team. We will get to know you and your business and the issues you face. Support and Advice can be by telephone, e mail and on site support as and when you need it, on a regular basis or ad hoc.

Our support services cover every scenario from ‘one off’ projects to regular retained support and advice. Through a registered broker we can also ensure that insurance is in place to protect your business from employment claims, see section on insurance.

We also provide clients with an on line Document Management System where all Employment Documents, information on any HR issue and all letters/forms etc can be stored. Clients will also have access to a library containing a range of HR information including letters and templates. By using the On Line Document Management System, clients will have the knowledge and peace of mind that documentation is at all times legally compliant and up-to-date.

Our aim is to provide clients with a personal service where they are dealing with people they know and trust not a call centre.

At the start we will complete an HR Health Check audit and discuss this with you to review your HR requirements. We will also discuss any business improvement issues you may have.
